Welcome to the website for The Gravities ("we," "us," or "our"), located at gravitiesband.web.app (the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use this Site to:
- Learn about The Gravities, our music, and upcoming shows
- Sign up for our email mailing list
- Browse and purchase merchandise
- Vote for us in the San Diego Music Awards
- Watch videos and listen to our music through embedded players
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
2. Mailing List
By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive emails about shows, awards voting, new music, and merchandise based on the preferences you select. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act — every email includes an unsubscribe mechanism and our contact information.
2a. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number on our signup form, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from The Gravities. These may include show reminders, voting alerts, and band updates.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
- Message frequency varies based on show schedule and band updates.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages.
- For help: Reply HELP to any text message, or email isaac@thegravitiesband.com.
- Opting out of SMS does not affect your email subscription.
- We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties.
3. Merchandise Purchases
Merchandise is sold through our Shopify storefront. When you make a purchase, your transaction is governed by Shopify's terms of service and payment processing policies. We work with Printify for print-on-demand fulfillment.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
- Shipping: Handled by Printify; delivery times vary by location
- Returns: Please contact us for any issues with your order. Print-on-demand items are made to order, so returns are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds: Contact us at legal@thegravitiesband.com for refund requests

All content on this Site — including but not limited to music, lyrics, photographs, videos, artwork, logos, and website design — is the property of The Gravities or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. Sharing links to this Site or our social media is encouraged.

By submitting your email address or any other information through our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
